This service is an necessity for any cylinder head the is using .5mm oversized bore or greater. On NA applications with large bore and high compression pistions chamber side clearence and quench clearence are major concerns that is solved by bore matching the chamber. The oversized chambers are designed to increase flow and promote fuel disburtion for an even burn.


WELDED COMBUSTION CHAMBERS
Welded combustion chambers can be preformed to any open chamber design. This is process in used to increase the compression ratio when using lower compression pistons. This is a great way to increase the power and effeciency of an engine with out building the short block assembly. Each chamber is cold welded, reshaped and cc'd for accuracy. The final product is the clover shaped chamber.
